Here are a few tips that will make your experience with us more enjoyable:
- We do our best to present a professional atmosphere and ask that you please be respectful of all participants.
- If you have a microphone & speakers, simple press and hold the “Scroll Lock” key to speak. Release it to listen.
- No microphone? No problem, we do have text chat capability. Simply type in the “Text Chat” area provided and press your “enter key” on your keyboard to display your text message.
- To be able to see the page push properly from the moderator it is best to set your desk top setting at 1280 x 720 pixels. You can do this by right clicking on any open space of your desktop. Choose "Properties from the menu that appears. Now click on the tab that says "Settings". There will be a slide bar to configure your desktop settings. Make the adjustment and click ok. You can change the settings back to your original one after the conference is over by following the same procedure. Please do this prior to entering the room.
To be able to attend the conferences you need to fill out this form and become a free user. Download the client software that will be placed on your desktop for current and future use. Click on the iConference Desktop Icon and enter the room you were asked to come to. For any future online conferences just click on your desktop icon and enter the appropriate room.
